Sorry to say that there is little you can do. But here are your choices. One is to click on that index.shtml link up there and it will lead you to the main index of my journal. Then you can start refinding your way through there!

The second option is to hit the back button of your browser to go back to where you came from. Unless you have somehow hid it yourself or someone else did it for you, then I don't know how you're going to bring it back. Try Alt+Backspace if all else fails.
